Identified — In order to resolve the problem with the appliance, we are temporarily shutting down some customer systems. Downtime will be kept to an absolute minimum.

Identified — We are aware of an issue affecting one of our storage appliances. There is no immediate impact to customer systems, but the system in question is currently in a reduced state of resilience. We have an engineer on route to site, and are currently investigating.
